Turn those clocks forward

In the U.S., don't forget to turn your clocks AHEAD one hour before bed tonight.

In winter I get up at night
And dress by yellow candlelight.
In summer, quite the other way--
I have to go to bed by day.
~Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894)

  1. Did my alarm clock a few hours ahead of time in case I forget. Sunday is the only morning all week I get up at 5:30 (my first Mass is 7:30, and I leave at 6:10 since I'm 25 miles away from the church and less than half of it's highway)

    Peace,
    BMP

  2. DH and I missed church 2 years in a row during college because we forgot to set the clocks forward. That's probably why I try to post about it now.

  4. I turned mine ahead early too. I was pleased that I didn't notice anyone not present at the early Mass today. I guess most people from my parish actually remembered!

  6. I turned all mine ahead early on Saturday as well. Didn't want to forget. MK--we are praying for your quick recovery. Take advantage of the forced rest if you can.
