Apparently, some caffeine is good for you. One less thing to feel too guilty about! This article on Yahoo says the following about caffeine:...there's now evidence that it defends against diabetes, Parkinson's, asthma symptoms, post-workout soreness, and even hunger pangs. Cool.
The gurus out there suggest limiting your intake to about 2.5 cups of coffee per day. I suggest tea--its better for you than soft drinks and coffee.
