Haiku

Poetry is the essence of clarity and brevity in literature. Haiku is the essence of clarity and brevity in poetry. I found a beautiful Haiku Photography site by Ray Rasmussen that pairs Haikus with photography. So far, my favorite Haiku there is under the Fall Photography section.

  3. yeah i wrote it! It's how I felt getting divorced; loosing not only a husband, but family on both sides as well and the financial necessity of remarrying (which has been great) but then loosing the Church (heaven, salvation)becuase of that. It's like the whole tree and all the leaves on it stayed and lived and I died. I didnt know it would happen that way. See why haiku is so much better than prose?!?!? lol
