Hmmmm....well then, I'd have to go looking for them all over again! I do get most of my books from the library, so its often a bit of a hunting game anyway.
Do a Batman act. Take a nice notebook, write down lists of all your favourite books. (alphabetically, or by author, or subject, etc.,). On the front cover, write "My Favourite Books". Then keep it inside a glass case prominently nailed up to your study wall, and stencil over the case, "In case of memory loss, break glass."
I have to confess that I'm quite the bookworm, and if that ever happened to me, I don't know how I would be able to bear it!
